TRIDENT is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support security-focused operations at a world-class facility in Boulder, CO. You will manage prototype shipments, maintain a global tracking database, and ensure secure handling from loading dock to lab, while upholding strict confidentiality and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Logistics, Computer Science, or related program is preferred.
• An Associate’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in security, policing, or the U.S. military preferred.
• Experience with inventory tracking and reporting.
• Experience creating advanced searches of online databases and working with Microsoft Excel; pivot tables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring prototypes make it safely into engineers’ hands
• Receive secure shipments from factories, update a global tracking database, distribute prototypes to engineers, and collect old hardware for secure destruction
• Refine and improve processes, keep the stockroom and library organized, and meticulously track the location of thousands of items
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve key issues
• Work on short-term or ongoing projects to improve the services the Customer provides to the engineering community
• Work collaboratively with teammates to audit and implement security policy
• May be required to drive a company vehicle between sites or to run errands
• Must meet multiple deadlines each week
• Regular and punctual attendance is required
• Other duties, as assigned
