Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an R&D Engineering Technician in Costa Mesa, CA to convert CAD drawings into test-ready hardware. You will primarily machine and fabricate parts, coordinate with shops, and assist with instrumentation and testing to move concepts toward reliable prototypes.

You will work with engineers to mitigate manufacturability risks, adhere to safety and documentation standards, and support development-test operations in a fast-paced defense-focused environment.

Competenze

• Hands-on prototype machining and fabrication experience with high-mix hardware.
• Ability to produce finished parts from CAD drawings and models.
• Read drawings, tolerances, GD&T, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate internal or external machine shops while preserving approvals.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance.

• Machine and fabricate prototype parts from approved CAD and drawings.
• Provide feedback on manufacturability, tolerances, and tooling.
• Coordinate purchases and liaise with machine shops for parts.
• Set up instrumentation and data-acquisition systems for tests.
