Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Electrical/Chemical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8+ years in CNC machining manufacturing for complex aerospace-like products.
• Proven success in product development and evolving environments.
• Able to work with incomplete information and drive progress.
• Strong collaboration in cross-functional teams and good communication.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and mechanical design fundamentals.
• Proficient in CAD and scheduling/issue-tracking tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Customer-focused with clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering during design and development of hardware.
• Prototype management and manufacturing planning for development hardware.
• Manufacture and evaluate prototypes across iterations with design teams.
• Hands-on contribution to manufacturing and development activities.
• Utilize CNC and manual equipment to support product development.
• Provide guidance on design for manufacturing, tooling, and work-holding.
• Define and support repair and rework activities.
• Design tooling/fixturing for easier manufacturing.
• Engineer and fabricate solutions as required.
