Qualifications

• Exemplary technical skills in engineering or related technology.
• 8+ years in a manufacturing environment for complex products (aerospace, space systems).
• Ability to work with incomplete information and drive progress.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prototype engineers to support rapid design and manufacture of development hardware.
• Support design, development, fabrication/assembly, and testing of development hardware for flight vehicles and systems.
• Use hands-on skills in equipment operation, troubleshooting, testing, and data collection.
• Bridge gaps across technical teams with written communication and technical expertise.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technicians and fabricators and consult with technical teams.
• Engage in prototyping with internal customers and contribute to hardware development.
