Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for an Electronic Assembly & Wiring role in Camas, WA. The position focuses on mechanical assembly, wiring, and testing in a prototype and low-volume production environment.

You will read schematics, assemble wire harnesses, perform soldering, and ensure quality, safety, and documentation. This contract role offers a day shift, Monday through Friday, with onsite work and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in point-to-point electrical wiring and wire harness assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical prints.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and point-to-point electrical wiring for prototype and low-volume production builds.
• Assemble, route, and secure wire harnesses with neat, organized layouts.
• Solder electronic components and wiring to quality standards.
• Complete box assembly, button-up, and final integration of components.
• Read schematics and instructions to guide assembly work and verify wiring.
• Operate shop tools as needed for fabrication tasks.
