Job summary

You will perform functional testing, read schematics, solder small components, and document results while collaborating with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold safety and quality practices.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly.
• Experience with complex electronic test equipment.
• Strong soldering skills (small components).
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing on electronic components and assemblies
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems using test equipment
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Conduct advanced soldering on small components
• Support complex testing activities and mentor junior technicians
