Aerotek is hiring Electromechanical Assemblers in Redmond, WA. This direct-hire role covers electronics and mechanical assembly, including wiring, soldering, and testing of advanced aerospace hardware.

The team handles sub-assemblies, PCB installation, and final assemblies in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read work instructions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions.
• Experience with electrical/electronic assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly of components and final assemblies.
• Install PCB assemblies into product chassis.
• Perform wire harness assembly and electrical wiring.
• Solder and desolder through-hole and SMT components.
• Assemble battery modules and solar assemblies.
• Follow work instructions, schematics, and procedures.
• Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot, and inspect quality.
• Operate test equipment and assembly tools.
• Support prototype builds and production testing.
• Maintain documentation and meet production schedules.
