Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a contract-to-hire position in Dallas, TX. The role requires understanding electrical test components on circuit boards and assembling from schematics, diagrams, and mechanical docs, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include wiring, soldering (RoHS and non-RoHS), testing assemblies, using common tools, and adhering to ESD safety. This onsite role handles equipment up to 40 pounds and offers full benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with assembly tools and soldering equipment
• Familiarity with electronic components and their functions
• RoHS and non-RoHS soldering techniques
• Understanding of ESD handling procedures
• English fluency

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test electronic components following schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Use manual and automatic wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and de-soldering equipment.
• Demonstrate hand soldering expertise with RoHS and non-RoHS solder.
• Handle transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, and connectors.
• Follow ESD handling procedures to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Move and handle equipment up to 40 pounds unassisted.
