Job summary

TSC is seeking a Temporary Assembler at our Huntsville, AL Discovery location to support our production division. The role involves basic to intricate electronic/electro-mechanical assembly to workmanship standards, wiring of engineering models, and reading wiring lists and schematics.

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, read instructions, and work with hand and power tools. US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 0+ years of production and/or assembly experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• US Citizen and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic and intricate electronic/electro-mechanical assembly according to standards.
• Assists in wiring engineering models and development of assembly methods.
• Uses hand/power tools to fit components and align them properly.
• May train lower-level assemblers and interpret wiring lists/schematics.
