Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years hands-on machining in prototype, job shop, or R&D settings.
• Experience interpreting drawings/CAD models and tooling selection is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings/CAD models and program, set up, and machine complex prototype parts.
• Use CAM software to create efficient toolpaths for 3- to 5-axis machining.
• Independently procure tooling, fixtures, and materials for projects.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-tolerance parts.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure quality compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering on manufacturability and fixturing feedback.
