Job summary

MightyFly is seeking a master airframe technician to join their team in the Bay Area. This role involves the hands-on fabrication of components for experimental aircraft, including fuselages, wings, and sub-systems integration.

Candidates with experience in metal working, composites, and general aircraft assembly are encouraged to apply. In addition to building, there will be opportunities to lead teams and contribute to innovative aviation projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in metallics and composite manufacturing.
• Certified A&P preferred.
• Familiarity with large UAVs or VTOL aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC jobs and generate G-code from CAD.
• Manage and assemble aircraft components and subsystems.
• Fabricate sheet metal and composite materials.
