Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Prototype Build Coordinator to support Ford build programs. The role focuses on administrative and shop-floor coordination, tracking parts and updates, and ensuring timely completion of build packs. Proficiency in MS Excel & Word is needed, with strong follow-up skills to liaise between the build floor and engineering teams.

The position is a full-time, on-site role with a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., based in Allen Park, MI.

• Experience in an administrative & shop environment is required.
• Understanding of the build process/automotive parts.
• Strong follow-up and data-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter update packs in the Ford system and close them out when necessary.

Prototype Build Coordinator

Assist the prototype build community in meeting their timing on build programs within the Ford community.

Candidate should have experience working within an administrative & shop environmnent, possess excellent follow up skills and have an understanding of the build process/automotive parts

Liaison between the build floor and engineering community.

• Responsible for entering update packs in the Ford system and closing them out when necessary.
• Placing part orders and following orders through the process until parts are received.
• Data Entry (necessary experience with MS Excel & Word

• Unresolved issue review
