Job summary

IBA is seeking a hands-on Engineer in Little Rock, AR to install, operate, and maintain our Proton Therapy System. You will troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues, perform routine maintenance, and support clinical operations worldwide. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within a dynamic team.

The incumbent will mentor colleagues, participate in testing, and must pass the Oral Board within 12 months to remain eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience diagnosing electronics/electrical systems.
• Experience with mechanical systems in large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain the Proton Therapy System (PTS).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues on complex systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and system upgrades.
• Support hardware/software testing and clinical operations.
• Mentor new team members and train customers on system use.
• Pass Oral Board examinations within the first 12 months.
