Johnson & Johnson is offering a Summer Graduate Intern position in Translational Systems Toxicology within the Translational Safety team. You will support proteomics workflows, optimize sample prep, and contribute to automation-ready pipelines across blood and tissue samples.

You will work with cross-functional scientists, perform protein extraction and digestion, and present results with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Proteomics, or related field.
• Hands-on lab experience with biological samples and proteomics workflows.
• Familiarity with proteomics software and LC-MS/MS workflows.

Responsabilités

• Support development and evaluation of proteomics sample prep workflows for biological samples.
• Assess and compare sample prep approaches to improve analytical performance and throughput.
• Develop workflows for automation platforms and liaise with cross-functional scientists.
• Perform protein extraction, digestion, cleanup, and related proteomics steps.
• Summarize results and maintain clear experimental records for reproducibility.
