Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field required.
• 8+ years hands-on proteomics lab experience, 4+ years in drug discovery.
• Proven track record leading mass spectrometry operations with portfolio impact.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a wet-lab team with a culture of scientific excellence and safety.
• Establishing delivery frameworks with SLAs, cycle-time targets, and prioritization aligned to portfolio decisions.
• Overseeing proteomics studies for target ID/validation, MoA elucidation, biomarker discovery, and therapeutic optimization.
• Partnering with bioinformatics/data science to ensure QC and FAIR data practices, plus AI-enabled data interpretation.
• Collaborating across multiomics to design integrated studies and interpret proteomic data with other readouts.
• Translating proteomics findings for governance forums to influence study design and portfolio strategy.
• Shaping platform priorities and roadmap to balance portfolio delivery and new capabilities.
