This role emphasizes accuracy, SOPs, and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a biology or life sciences background with 1+ year of lab experience and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1+ year of laboratory experience.
• Hands-on experience in investigative lab capabilities.
• Demonstrated research with basic molecular and analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of universal precautions, handling human specimens.
• Attention to detail and SOP adherence.
• Proficient in pipetting, documentation, and procedure.
• Experience preparing chemical solutions and buffers.
• Ability to follow protocols consistently.
• Time management for multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to write SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Scientists to execute assignments with care and efficiency.
• Demonstrate initiative for taking tasks.
• Collaborate with team and independently handle tasks.
• Assist in reagent stock and ordering.
• Follow laboratory safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment according to protocols.
• Prepare samples for platforms such as Olink Explore/Target, Luminex, and MS.
• Take growing responsibility for experiments and larger projects.
• Troubleshoot issues with help from senior scientists.
• Review outcomes for quality and consistency.
• Maintain an up-to-date laboratory notebook.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company operations.
• Maintain professional interactions with coworkers and clients.
