Illumina seeks a strong Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will drive outbound and inbound activity across the Americas, qualify leads, set appointments, and support the proteomics sales team with effective lead management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college/university.
• B2B virtual/inside sales experience strongly desired, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage target accounts via email and calls to promote Illumina proteomics products across the Americas.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on Marketing qualified leads.
• Support regional field sales with lead identification, research and smooth handoff to reps.
• Set appointments for qualified leads and opportunities for sales reps.
• Nurture interested leads not yet ready to purchase; manage daily KPIs.
• Document outreach in Salesforce and participate in training and team meetings.
