Job summary

Illumina is seeking a strong Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative to join our proteomics sales team. The role involves cold calling, appointments, and email outreach to generate qualified leads and support the Americas region.

You will manage CRM activities and help meet or exceed targets. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and B2B virtual/inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• B2B inside sales experience strongly desired, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage target accounts via email, calls and other tactics to promote Illumina proteomics products and services across the Americas region.
• Respond to inquiries and follow-up on Marketing qualified leads.
• Support regional field sales with qualified lead identification and smooth transition to sales representatives.
