Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with chromatography systems (ÄKTA, Bio Rad NGC), affinity and ion exchange chromatography.
• Experience with bioconjugation and protein analytics (HPLC, SDS-PAGE, SEC-MALS).

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot purification, bioconjugation, and analytical workflows for complex biologics such as bispecifics, immunocytokines, and ADCs.
• Analyze data.
