Insight Global is seeking a Scientist for the Critical Reagents Bioanalysis team in Spring House, PA. The role focuses on providing protein biochemistry services, including purification and conjugation, to support the bioanalytical laboratory in a GLP environment.

Responsibilities include preparing buffer inventories, documenting experiments, and maintaining records. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued for independent and team-based work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with protein purification and conjugation techniques.
• Experience with HPLC, SDS-PAGE, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and centrifugation.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete end-to-end documentation for all outgoing shipments.
• Assess biophysical and/or biochemical properties of assay reagents.
• Submit data to manager and follow directions on next steps.
• Operate lab equipment per SOPs and safety training.
• Follow SOPs and assist with daily protein purification and conjugation work.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic lab notebook and databases.
• Contribute data and ideas in group meetings.
