Qualifications

• Advanced degree required: MS or PhD in protein science, biochemistry, structure biology.
• MS with 10+ years or PhD with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in antibody/biologics discovery and development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive design, production and screening of therapeutic molecules.
• Lead efforts in target feasibility, PoC molecules, and lead identification/optimization using biochemical/cell-based assays.
• Execute high-throughput multispecific antibody construct assembly and purification.
• Plan, execute and analyze experiments; communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Document thoroughly in electronic lab notebooks.
