You’ll apply protein design/expression expertise to support discovery and translational efforts, develop workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver clinical candidates.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in biochemistry or related STEM with 2+ years (MS) or 4+ years (BS) of expression/characterization experience.
• Hands-on experience with protein purification and analytical methods.
• Ability to design experiments and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Express, purify (ÄKTA), and characterize proteins and antibodies using multiple techniques.
• Perform analytical characterization of purified proteins and antibodies.
• Characterize protein structure, stability, and key attributes.
• Characterize protein–protein interactions and kinetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data at meetings.
• Independently design experiments, generate data, and document results.
