Job summary
Liberty Healthcare Corporation invites applications for a Protective Services Caseworker in Pennsylvania. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if you have relevant experience in social services.
- Experience in roles such as Service Coordinator, Supports Coordinator, Program Specialist or Case Manager.
- Experience in child, family and youth services or older adult protective services.
- Background in behavioral health, mental health or developmental disabilities services.
- Experience in field-based healthcare or human services roles.
Responsibilities
- Travel across Northwest Pennsylvania, focusing on Crawford and nearby counties.
- Investigate in residences and interview individuals to gather information.
- Identify, mitigate and eliminate risks to the individual.
- Document findings and write reports; develop service plans.
- Coordinate services and manage cases through to closure.
