Liberty Healthcare has an opening for a Protective Services Caseworker within the Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services Program. This field-based role offers autonomy, travel, and the chance to contribute to safeguarding adults with disabilities.

You will travel across Carbon, Schuylkill, Luzerne counties and surrounding areas, conduct investigations in residences, interview individuals, document findings, and develop service plans to closure, with occasional evening hours and overtime

Responsibilities

• Traveling throughout the region with a focus on Carbon County, Schuylkill County, and Luzerne County and surrounding counties
• Conducting investigations in residences
• Interviewing individuals and gathering information
• Identifying, mitigating, and eliminating areas of risk to the individual
• Documenting findings and writing reports
• Developing service plans, coordinating services, and managing cases to closure
• This is a field-based role that comes with a high degree of autonomy, some flexibility in your work schedule, and occasional work into the evening
