Job summary

Itape is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for the Protective Packaging division in our Atlanta-area plants. The role leads daily plant operations, directs workloads, and ensures safety, quality and productivity targets are met. You will manage maintenance plans and drive continuous improvement projects aligned with IPS standards.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, have 5+ years in a maintenance supervisor/manager role, and bring strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• Project management demonstrated in manufacturing environments.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and IPS fundamentals.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and assign workloads to production staff.
• Drive safety, quality, and productivity goals across the protective packaging line.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership to ensure maintenance and uptime of equipment.
• Collaborate with site leadership to meet corporate objectives and budgets.
• Prepare and monitor performance plans and metrics for the area.
