Qualifications

• 5+ years in a maintenance supervisor/manager role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based technologies.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and IPS experience.

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Develop and execute manufacturing plans to improve service and reduce waste.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and manage labor/capital resources.
