Job summary

Ulteig is seeking an Engineering Supervisor in Fargo, ND for the Automation, Integration, and System Protection team. You will lead engineers and technicians in protecting relay settings and coordination studies across power projects.

You’ll manage project scope, schedules, and team resources while fostering professional development and client relationships. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with protection system modeling and relay coordination.
• Proficiency in ASPEN, CAPE, ETAP, or EasyPower tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering activities from proposal through construction.
• Review drawings, protection settings, and coordination studies.
• Develop protection schemes for transmission and distribution projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline team efforts and schedules.
• Support business development with technical resources and proposals.

Electrical engineering degree (ABET)
