Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays in transmission, generation or distribution substations.
• Ability to read one-line/three-line diagrams and protection logic.
• Commitment to safety and incident prevention in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform relay testing with guidance from senior technicians and engineers.
• Execute element, logic, and basic functional testing of protective relays and control systems.
• Analyze readings and events to verify system performance and troubleshoot.
• Develop testing and isolation plans ensuring safe execution of work.
• Create detailed reports and commissioning records for clients.
• Communicate clearly with team members and project stakeholders.
