You will serve as the technical authority and people leader, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables across projects, and mentoring the next generation of engineers while aligning with NERC standards and safety

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and managing engineering deliverables.
• Six (years) experience in design, construction and operation of protection and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of NERC reliability standards and practical implementation for protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and provide career coaching for P&C engineering staff.
• Accountable for P&C design team quality and deliverables; review protection schematics, relay settings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, construction, and protection technicians to resolve design and field issues.
• Lead settings and coordination studies and produce relay setting/configuration files.
• Perform fault analysis and maintain ASPEN fault study cases across the NERC region.
