Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited institution with 5 years of related work experience.
• Associate degree in electrical engineering technology with 8 years of related work experience.
• Strong teamwork and ability to lead and coordinate work groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of Protection & Control personnel.
• Oversee relay and control scheme reviews for reliable operation.
• Manage planning, testing, calibration, and maintenance of protective relays, RTUs, DAS, DMS, and fault recorders.
• Direct installation and commissioning of switchboards, control houses, and temporary protection and control systems.
• Analyze fault events and oscillography to identify issues and recommend actions.
• Ensure maintenance of relay settings and documentation per NERC/FERC requirements.
• Develop project cost estimates and resource plans for Protection & Control projects.
• Provide technical leadership during disturbances and storm restoration.
