Proctor Loan Protector is seeking a Claims Examiner to review property claims for compliance, determine coverage, and coordinate with carriers. You will authorize payments within your authority, draft coverage letters, and interact with insureds, vendors, and partners to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage workloads in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years in property insurance/adjusting.
• Active Adjuster license(s) required.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Estimating software experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, estimates, and policy forms to determine coverage.
• Authorizе payment within scope of authority and coordinate with carriers as needed.
• Write coverage letters detailing positions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Interact professionally with insurance carriers and customers.
