Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Prosthetist/Orthotist to evaluate, design, fit, and manage prosthetic and orthotic devices for patients across affiliated clinics. You will collaborate with physicians, document care, and provide patient education to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold ABC/BOC certification and a related bachelor’s degree, with a valid driver’s license. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics (ABC or BOC).
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent with ABC Board-Eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within company policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patient needs for prosthetic/orthotic services.
• Design, fit, and adjust prosthetic/orthotic devices for patients.
• Provide patient education on device use and care; document care in records.
• Maintain compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet with referral sources to discuss services and grow clinic revenue.
