Job summary

Hanger, Inc. in Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to join a high-volume clinic serving a diverse patient population. You will manage patient care, fabricate and fit prostheses and orthoses, and collaborate with an experienced clinical team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from ABC or BOC.
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent.
• In states where licensure is required, ability to obtain and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to evaluate prosthetic/orthotic needs.
• Design, fabricate, and fit prosthetic and/or orthotic devices.
• Provide patient education and follow-up care.
• Meet with physicians and referral sources to review services and grow referrals.
