Qualifications

• Current ABC/BOC certification or board-eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics/orthotics or foreign equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state licensure where required.
• May be willing to consider candidates who are not certified but have at least 5 years of demonstrated past experience in providing prosthetic/orthotic services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and case managers to review prosthetic/orthotic services.
• Examine and evaluate patient needs related to disease and functional loss.
• Design prosthetic/orthotic devices and select materials.
• Perform fitting and ensure proper alignment and function.
• Provide follow-up with patients and educate them on device use.
