Job summary

Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital's Hope's Boutique seeks a Prosthesis Services Lead to direct boutique operations, including purchasing, inventory, and staffing, while ensuring top‑notch customer service.

You will partner with management to develop strategies that grow revenue and improve profitability, balancing patient care with retail operations within a comprehensive cancer care setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ongoing: Meets mandatory education, inservice, and health surveillance requirements.
• Demonstrate competence in technical, interpersonal and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of institutional and departmental policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the processes and decisions to guide the operations of a specialized boutique.
• Lead and oversee daily activities such as purchasing, inventory management, and staffing.
• Partner with Manager to drive topline revenue growth and improve profitability.
