Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 4 years of relevant experience required. 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct processes and guide boutique operations (purchasing, inventory, staffing).
• Lead daily activities and supervise frontline staff.
• Partner with manager to drive topline revenue and profitability.
