Job summary

Oportunidades Florida seeks an experienced Career and Financial Coach to coordinate prosperity planning activities and deliver financial coaching to participants. You will develop curriculum, market the program to partners, and ensure compliance with contract requirements while maintaining productive relationships with community partners and staff.

The role requires ability to travel between sites, strong teaching skills, and a background in personal finance or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; minimum two years providing instructional programs to adults.
• Experience in banking and/or sales and marketing is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; PowerPoint and databases are advantageous.
• Strong ability to teach, coach, and facilitate group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prosperity planning activities for Lift Financial Wellness and GICF employees.
• Develop curriculum and marketing plans for the program.
• Provide one-on-one and group financial coaching to grant recipients.
• Ensure program compliance with contract and reporting requirements.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Prepare reports and collect data to measure program outcomes.
• Deliver financial management classes at partner sites as needed.
