Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community development, social services, or economic empowerment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy and economic independence for clients.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to expand resources and opportunities available to clients.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on budgeting, saving, credit management, and career development.
• Track and report on client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with appropriate services and support networks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial tools, resources, and best practices to effectively assist clients.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
