Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in community development, social services, or economic empowerment.
• Experience collaborating with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial literacy programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy and economic independence for clients.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' financial situations and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand resources and opportunities for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars on budgeting, saving, credit management, and career development.
• Track and report client progress and adjust strategies for successful outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with services and support networks.
