Job summary

GOODWILL OF CENTRAL FLORIDA is seeking an experienced coordinator to lead the Prosperity Planning program in Orlando. You will develop curricula, deliver financial coaching, and promote the program to community partners.

You will collaborate with Lift Financial Wellness and GICF, ensure contract compliance, and manage data reporting while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years experience in providing instructional programs to adults.
• Experience in banking and/or sales and marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prosperity planning activities and develop curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one financial coaching sessions to grant recipients.
• Market the Prosperity Planning program to partners and the public.
• Ensure program compliance with Lift Orlando contracts and CARF standards.
• Maintain program data, reports and statistics for required dashboards.
