Job summary

Jefferson Center for Mental Health in Colorado is seeking a Donor Relations "Philanthropy" Coordinator to perform prospect research and donor analytics to guide individual giving strategies and manage the Donor Perfect Online database.

You will produce in-depth reports, maintain records, generate reports on giving trends, and support grants, donor stewardship, and planned giving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in prospect research, donor analytics and database management.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present concise reports for the Philanthropy team.
• Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with fundraising software such as Donor Perfect Online or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Research, organize and evaluate a prospect’s capacity and willingness to give.
• Prepare prospect briefings for senior leaders.
• Maintain donor management database and track contributions.
• Generate regular reports on giving trends and campaign results.
• Support Planned Giving campaigns and donor pipeline strategy.
• Lead monthly Giving program coordination.
