Job summary

Endeavor Health foundations seeks a Prospect Development and Research Coordinator to support identification, qualification and cultivation of prospects in Evanston/Arlington Heights. You will maintain CRM data, assist with donor moves management and produce detailed prospect profiles using wealth screening tools.

Under guidance, you’ll develop SOPs, stay current with nonprofit research standards and collaborate with philanthropy teams to advance fundraising goals and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a donor-focused data environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or donor CRM required.
• Knowledge of prospect research and non-profit fundraising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
