Job summary

Two–four years of fundraising experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information are required. This role supports the philanthropy team in building donor pipelines and grant reporting.

Qualifications

• Two–four years of experience in prospect research and donor analytics.
• Experience with database management and fundraising principles.
• Proficiency with fundraising software (Donor Perfect Online or NetSuite preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research and donor analytics to inform solicitation strategies.
• Maintain the Donor Perfect Online database and related files.
• Prepare and present prospect briefings for senior leadership.
• Generate donor reports and analyze giving trends.
• Support grants management and acknowledgments.
• Assist with Planned Giving campaign development.
