Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Philanthropy Coordinator to support a team of 6–8 gift officers, handling administrative, logistical, data entry and fundraising tasks throughout the donor cycle.

You will assist with cultivation, solicitation and stewardship, coordinate meetings, manage donor records in Raiser's Edge and provide exceptional service to donors during in-person and phone interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, hospitality or related field.
• 2–4 years nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of accessing and utilizing Raiser's Edge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current and prospective donors.
• Provide regular administrative support to the Executive Director of Major Gifts and Campaign Director and Philanthropy team.
• Update donor records and assist with pulling reports for portfolio reviews.
• Answer main Foundation phone line and greet guests.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings and provide AV support.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Attend off-site Foundation events as needed.
