Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably Information Science or Humanities.
- At least three years related work experience and two years in prospect development or fundraising.
- Strong written and oral communication, ethics, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Identify and meet prospect information needs to support cultivation and solicitation.
- Manage workload independently and support development leadership.
- Prepare confidential research documents and analysis for senior staff.
- Synthesize data into key metrics and visualizations for fundraisers.
- Maintain on-site presence three days per week at MM Development offices.
- Assist in project design and contribute to policy development for data usage.
