Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Prospect Management Analyst to join the Medical Advancement team on a part of the Prospect Management unit. You will partner with Prospect Management Consultants and a Senior Associate Director to manage portfolios, identify top prospects, and ensure data integrity in CRM.

The role is full-time with an optional hybrid schedule on campus in Saint Louis, MO, reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management. 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience (2 Years) required.
• Experience in a prospect development, research, or prospect management function in fundraising, nonprofit, or higher-education setting.
• Experience as frontline fundraiser preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Medical Advancement gift officer queues and processes, including building qualification queues.
• Prioritize queues based on data points to identify top prospects.
• Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify leadership or major gift prospects.
• Liaise with Medical Advancement, Prospect Research, and Data Analytics to manage Pre-Opportunity review and assignment."
• Identify recent Grateful Patients for assignment and analyze data for strategy sessions.
