Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Prospect Management Analyst to partner with the Medical Advancement team in identifying top prospects and managing the Grateful Patient review process. The role involves data analysis for strategy consultations and portfolio management support within the Prospect Management group.

The position is full-time, benefits-eligible on campus with an optional hybrid work schedule, reporting to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience (2 Years).

Responsibilities

• Continuously review and build out qualification queues for gift officers.
• Prioritize queues based on data to identify top prospects in queues.
• Collaborate with Prospect Research to identify current donors that are Leadership or Major gift prospects.
• Manage Pre-Opportunity review and assignment process and curate data for strategy sessions.
• Provide support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM.
