• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Relevant Experience (3 Years) in nonprofit/fundraising or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with gift officers to develop fundraising strategies that move prospects through the cycle and allocate donors to portfolios.
• Hire, manage, coach, and mentor 2–4 prospect management staff.
• Maintain data integrity of prospect data and support reporting on fundraising metrics.
