Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Delivery Practice Manager to lead a team of Delivery Consultants within the Global ProServe Security (GPS) delivery group. You will drive engagements, shape customer outcomes, and work with executives to optimize delivery and business development.

In this role you will translate business needs into AWS security solutions, manage performance, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction across enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or engagement management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT and/or management consulting experience, with at least 3 years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and input on new features.
• Develop and oversee IT strategy implementations for customers.
• Manage P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of engagements.
• Drive business development and maintain high customer satisfaction.
