Herc Rentals is launching its ProSales Associate program in Tampa, designed for early career professionals aiming for a long-term sales career. You will join the Black and Gold Academy, gaining structured coaching, field experience, and a clear path to a Territory Sales Representative role within 12 months.

Participants will receive training in professional selling, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement, with hands-on exposure across equipment products and service

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates welcome.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy for sales training.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field to observe interactions and practices.
• Visit customer job sites with experienced leaders to understand project needs.
